Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Digital Products

If your order includes a digital download, you’ll receive an email with your download link immediately after purchase — no physical item will be shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
