Returns
We want you to love your order! Each item in our shop is handmade with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
To start a return, contact us at sales@picapaousa.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Reminder:
All of our crochet bags are handmade to order. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in size, stitching, texture, and shape may occur. These small differences are not defects but natural characteristics of handmade items and part of what makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
Because each bag is individually handmade, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on crochet bags. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each piece is handmade and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized orders

Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color for a t-shirt, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange if stock allows.
Hand-crocheted bags are one-of-a-kind and may not be exchangeable for an identical item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
